Stretch Marks

I've had stretch marks since I was about 13. It was a a couple on the side of my stomach. Now at 19 I have a lot of them on each side and even some on my stomach.I have them on my underarms, on my things and even behind my knees. I've tried pretty much everything on the market and I haven't gained weight drastically or even had a child. Is there anyone else with this problem. If so what do you use or what have you tried.
