can i transfer money from paypal to alert pay?

paypal is asking for a bank account/ credit card i dont have either of the two.. so is it possibel to transfer paypal money to alertpay?

i dont think that would be possible since the two parties are rivals. You can either transfer it to the account of your trusted friend if your country is not restricted from sending funds. If so, there is no way for you to get the money but to to verify it with a credit or debit card.

Both paypal and alertpay are separate payment processors and its well known that any payment processor will only send/receive funds between accounts under their name. So the answer is NO.

All you need to do is go to Wal-mart or Walgreens and get a pre-paid debit card(or get one offline). I have my paypal set up with a pre-paid debit card. Look into it. It's great. And once you are with paypal long enough you can get a debit card from them. It's great.
