whatever happened to "the customer is always right?!"

I mean seriously, FIDO don't you think you should think about your customers YOU STUPID multi-millionaire? billionaire? company!!!
Okay, so I checked out my phone bill and I was shocked to see a 24$ charge on it!
I called fido and then this girl picks up, saying she can't really do anything about it because it was one of those premium text message charges and FIDO is not held RESPONSIBLE for it...
I called again and this guy picked up, and he told me pretty much the same thing...
I mean like he can't really do anything about it FIDO is not responsible, WAS I RESPONSIBLE FOR BEING CHARGED FOR RECEIVING THESE STUPID TEXTs!!! He told me to try and contact the people who charged me so he gave me the phone number, and the email address.
I then emailed the site known as ZEMGO, WATCH OUT PEOPLE, HERE are the scammers!!!
I have yet, to receive an email from them. I called their number WHICH COULD BE DESCRIBED IN 3 SIMPLE WORDS "STUPID AND RIDICULOUS!"
Don't beliieve me? TRY calling them! 1-877-777-3891 They give you options:
Dial 1 - if you have questions about the age (WHICH IS FOR PEOPLE AGE 18+, OR IF THEY GET PERMISSION TO USE THIS SITE) if that was one of their rules WHY DONT THEY STAND BY IT. "But no... I have to get charged!"
Dial 2 - if you have questions about the charges (WHICH THEY SENT ME 12 TEXT MESSAGES AND I WAS CHARGED 24$, WHY WOULD YOU GET CHARGED FOR RECEIVING TEXT MESSAGES THESE DAYS?! THAT'S STUPID. ESPECIALLY WHEN FIDO HAS A SPECIAL OFFER "FREE INCOMING TEXT MESSAGES" WHICH I HAVE o___o)
Dial 3 - if you want to transfer your call to a ZEMGO representative
So i dialed 3, because I wanted to see if they could possibly help me and take away the charges I have to pay for because I received those messages...
GUESS WHAT, YOU WOULDN'T BELIEVE IT...
it seemed as if it was some sort of prank call...
because the AUTOMATIC OPERATOR said: "SORRY BUT WE WERE UNABLE TO RESPOND TO WHAT YOU DIALED, PLEASE TRY AGAIN"
~and i did...~
SAME THING HAPPENED, so i was thinking WHAT THE HELL!?
I tried the other dials...
AND it said: "WE WERE UNABLE TO DO WHAT YOU ASK, THE CALL IS BEING TERMINATED NOW"
WHAT THE HELL!?!?!!!
GOSH DARN IT! I HATE THESE SCAMMERS!!!
I tried calling FIDO again...MY THIRD TIME!!! I was certain they couldn't help me just like the last two FIDO representatives I was talking to!!!~~~
But this girl answers, tells me the thing the other two said "FIDO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE" then she puts in a simile "It's like if you called HONGKONG fido wouldn't be responsible for that call because we never know who is in charge of/is using your phone"
WHAT THE FRICK! ~~~~
I told her, is it possible to switch out of my contract because OBVIOUSLY fido is UNABLE to help, and I thought they should have been able to do SOMETHING....
THEN SHE TELLS ME "YES, THAT IS POSSIBLE, IT WILL BE 300$ though..."
300$?!?! that is like MORE than my phone bill, 5 times more!!! =.="
THERE IS DEFINITELY SOMETHING WRONG WITH THEIR SERVICE ~
THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT? fine...not really....
BUT SERIOUSLY...THEY COULDN'T EVEN DO ANYTHING.
this is what they say afterwards {JUST TO PISS YOU OFF} "Well, I hope you have a great afternoon"
I WILL HAVE A GREAT AFTERNOON IF THEY ALL WENT TO HELL!
...sigh FML!...
one day, i hope FIDO and other STUPID WEBSITES THAT TAKE YOUR MONEY
get's bombed down...for screwing their customers over!!!
