Alternative blog host for earning money?

Are there any recommendation for blog host other than blogger and wordpress that is elegant yet simple to use? It must be free and can host your blog on their server.

Have a more but all of them are not elegant. You can try "www.webs.com". It easy to use and modification and posting. You can work on site with HTML or Normal mode.
