Not all problems occur because of our mistakes. There are some problems which are readymade but we should know how to solve it.

Problems mainly occur because of not handling situation in appropriate way. some time lack of knowledge, understanding or skill is the reason why any situation can not be handled appropriately. some time lack or resources creates problem.
