Are paypal is scam ?

I read story that PTC Upbux bankprut , because the amount of funds contained in paypal balance is lost. Have you ever experienced the same as Upbux , or is true that paypal scam ?

Paypal is not a scam. Try to imagine that it is possible that someone hacked the upbux's paypal account. It's just a rumor but I think it may be true.
