Pretty silly right??? I mean I drink plenty of water but chocolate is one of my weaknesses!! I know I should workout at least 3 times a week but with all I have going on sheeesh!!
just need have a better diet like eat 5 times per day , i mean small meals , what do you think?
i dont know what kind of work out u do , but if u lift weights and lot cardio u need have better diet for not eat a chocolate.
