Paypal - India e-mail received

I have today received e-mail from Paypal that has explained that they are in talks with RBI (Central Controlling Bank of India). The problem with RBI will be sorted out soon and so We Indians need not worry on the matter. Let us as usual make our credit to Paypal.I do not maintain much $ with Paypal however paypal has sent the e-mail.it shows their prompt service and care for us. My lot members can air their vies on this.
