from home data entry dot com - is this a scam site?

well, this is a survey site and they say they pay $10 for each survey completed and you can request for payout automatically after doing any survey. but i found out that you need to buy one package from them for more assignments. i just wanna ask for its credibility or what so ever, has anybody here been joining the site?i have seen testimonials on their site, but i dont know if it is true or not. i hope it is,i am thinking of purchasing that any of the 4 packages there but i am not pretty sure f they really pay.
hope anybody here knows the site...

People have been complaining about this site for a while. I am pretty sure it is a scam. Do a search on line. It will probably have a scam alert under it.

Anywhere that asks you to pay for ANYTHING is a scam - trust those who know. You give your bank details, they take $10. Next month - another $10. Or it may be $100. Who knows? It's a clever scam, because you've not set up a direct debit - so you can't cancel the arrangement.
At the very least, you'll get nothing for your money. Maybe a list of addresses you could have got for nothing by searching yourself.
