Actually, did date a girl before? If you did, you shouldn't ask about this question. A date may involve a girl and a boy going out for a dinner or movie, or they do things together, like invited to a party or to a function. They go as a couple, and they might have fun together. That is all. About the detail, it is different from people to people.
