Does the career consciousness of a working women affect their children?

Most of the women today give preference to their career over and above raising a family. Don't you think this sort of penchant is making them neglect their children. Will not the children born in the homes of such career conscious women would harm their growth and they would turn out to be misfits in the society? Will it not be better that such women do not plan children. Better still they must remain single?
