What do you think the program which called "the moment of truth"?

One month ago I saw a video which named "the moment of truth". That really astonishes me.The emcee ask sharp questions which impinge on the privacy of participators,but the participators even to disclose private matters on the public program,only for win half million dollars. After the show that the participators paid a heavy price for it ,it caused divorce,break with friends,injury respect to relative..... Only for the money is it worth to do?
