it seems though there has been a large increase of people whom have joined a gym recently, all for there own goals.
some more serious than others, some go all the time for hours on end, some go once a month just to say that they go to the gym. do any of you guys go and what are your long and short term goals?
i myself am a natural bodybuilder, and hope to compete next year, long term goal... hope to be able to make a living off it and get a sponsorship.

problem is for me, i dont want to overwork things. so i tend to do 3sets of 6-8reps and do 3 excersises per bodypart. monday - chest & triceps wedneday - back & biceps friday - shoulders saturday - legs
i know what you mean though, i spend about 2hours in the gym though id like to spend longer buhh i dont like waiting about, i do what i do then get home and neck some protein.
wish i had a 6 pack aha, i think my abs are strong though dont have the definition due to my diet, as abs are made in the kitchen aha. love an 8 pack tbh, though couldnt stand loosing weight at the moment.

I don't go any gym. But i am fit. Some of my friends before they went gym for being a fit. But they couldn't. I think if you want you can be fit without go any gym. It's just up to you. How you maintain your life. What do you eat etc.
Happy body builder!
