Howdy arun_p_g!
I'm so very comfortable with Apple Mac OS X Snow Leopard and with my iMac. Macs are easy to use, not like with MS Windows on a PC it has a lot of routine and maintenance to do just to have at stable and easy to use operating system. As a Mac user you got a lots of options for solutions. By the way MS Windows, Linux and other OS are much better running on Apple Mac computers than on a PC. The best for having Apple Mac is that got more creativity, productions and lifestyle.

I never try Mac OSx. I just use PC. You know, PC is the best for poor people like me. So, I think, PC is the best for me.

I'm a gamer, but my PC isn't really good. My home comp is from 2003 so it's pretty out of date. But, I can play Runescape and other games like Evony. I would recommend PC, but MAC is good

I'm a PC guy because there are many more programs for the PC then for the Mac. I am trying to say that to create a program for a Mac you have to buy a license, and for the PC it is free, meaning there is much greater selection for PC. I prefer the PC over anything because it is as close as a person can get to the functionality of Linux, without the command line that I thought we killed in the 90s, and still look great and be fun to use. Also Mac's are much more expensive then a PC and for what I can see as no good reason, with less programs and less games.

Howdy Reyk22!
I'm sorry but your post so funny about Apple Macs. I think you are so very confused or don't really know about Apple Macs.
What do you mean buy license to create program for a Mac? Mac OS X has already a applications development software tools in the box. Like the Xcode, Dashcode, Applescript Studio, Shark, complete JAVA JDK, Apache, Python, Perl, PHP, SQLite. There are also powerful application development software tools that can be download for free like carbon and the cocoa. Making software or applications are free but of course as a developer need money also so some applications that are made should be bought to have license or the right to use. Making software on a UNIX environment (like Mac OS X) is much easy to develop or easy to debugs than on a MS Windows environment.
Another to correct is that what you saying about command line on a MS Windows and Linux, they are absolutely different. The command line in the 90s you're saying is the MS DOS and not also a Linux command line. What are really the same command line are in the UNIX and Linux. ie. "sudo", "chmod" and so on - can you have these on a MS Windows command line?
Macs are not expensive for people who has money. So better earn money not just play games on your PC, so you can buy also an expensive Apple Macs if you want it. If you want to buy an Apple Macs don't just "try" it of what you have bought you have to "use" it for your own good and also for your money as well.
Thanks and Enjoy! myLot!

reyk22....
you are totally wrong.. you are mistaken by someone else.
u never need license to create a software for mac. who told u that .. ?
its a blunder.. you have developments tools as gjabaigar said.
mac has all the programmes that u need .. all the games as well.
its expensive, i admit but stable than a pc..
u have to pay extra for goodies ;)

The best way to respond to this discussion is to use the clique phrase "Whatever floats your boat."
I'm personally a PC user because I play games. A gaming PC is much more cheaper to buy than a good Mac gaming computer and is compatible with more games. I can't afford a Mac.
Now onto the computer virus issue. I would say if you're a sucker to social engineering than get a Mac or use Linux. Also make sure to keep your antivirus updated. There are many free effective antiviruses out there. To name a few Avira, AVG, Avast, etc.
I have to admit the Mac has a beautiful interface on the desktop and is easy to use. Most viruses don't effect Macintosh because of its low market share. There is a free antivirus for Mac though called Clamxav.
