What do you do when you're at the lowest point of your life?

There are times that we felt that we are at the lowest point of our life, right? First, I pray.. I play with my kids, it lightens up my spirit Talk to my mom Listen to music

This is an easy one...I grab my bootstraps and pick myself back up. Its hard to keep a good man down, so every pitfall simply makes me a stronger and better person. I learn from my mistakes and I'm not afraid to admit when I screw up.

Definitely pray because i believe prayer change things. I also try to look on the positive side of things. I also crochet which relaxes me.

For an instant relief, I would normally resort to pampering myself, by buying and eating my favorite chocolates! this is the time not to deprive myself... Locking myself alone in the room sometimes help, then I would listen to my favorite songs, volume up. I can sing at the top of my voice to let go of the stress and whatever situation that's pulling me down. I do not discuss my problems with other people, I only do, when it is already solved or there's already a solution to it. Prayer is a being help too. And, just to combat, we really really have to have that positivbe outlook in life, at all times, no matter what. :) God bless you workingmoms!

i make sure i've taken my antidepressants. better living through chemistry as they used to say. and if that's not the reason feel bad then i go to bed and sleep it off

I have found that by thinking that there are alot of people that are worse off than myself tends to snap me out of that feel sorry for me mood.I try to do something that will take my mind off my problems as that way i can still carry on with my normal every day things.I feel that there will always be someone who is feeling the same as me if not worse than i am feeling.I keep a smile on my face no matter what for the children aswell as everyone else around me.

when i fall into the lowest point of life, i would listen to the music and do some exercise to build up strong self-spirit for getting a better solution. If still doesn't work, i would hang out with my peer to get their opinion and suggestion against my stuff. Life is amazing because its' let us learn and awake from our weaknesses. Once we improved our weaknesses, then we standing in the lighten moment and spread our wing to see and achieve our dreams.

i just think about my happy moments of life with friends and family and i pray to god that i want these moments again in my life. just connect urself to god and everything will be fine friend.
