why cannot i ask a question in the KALUTASAN?

What did it happen in kalutan ,for second time today i tried to ask a question ,but it didn`t give to do it.i asked 30 question to now and i don`t know what is the reason ,
please tell me....

hi! don't waste your time with that site, it really doesn't worth the patience and the efforts, because there so many questions that are closed and you have to search to find some still open one. better spend more time here- it really worths and it is interesting!
