Puppy chewing on everything!

Hello everyone, I just got a 3 month old min pin puppy. He's been with me for almost a month now and he's getting bigger everyday. He is so energetic and playful and just adorable, the only problem i have is that he chews on almost everything. I bought and provided him his chew toys and some bones to chew on but he still chews on shoes, socks, papers and my hair. I always tell him no whenever I catch him doing the act, but he never seems to learn.
Any suggestions? I attached a photo of my puppy.

LoL, I have the paper shredder. The chewing we stopped by spraying water in her face every time she did it. The puppy is probably teething or may be having dental issues. You may have to take him to the vet to make sure its nothing serious. I also crated her when she did this too.The other thing it may be may depend on who stuff she chewing on. She may be taking to one of you more than the other if she is primarily chewing on one persons stuff. I cannot cure her from shredding paper though. That's all I can say. Good Luck.
