i cant stop laughing after reading your discussion . . well i have not heard about this many times . i dont any real cases about it . well the things will be focussed only on the things that happen usually or regularly . rare cases are not always focussed . but i dont think any women would have raped a men . since men can escape it easily since they are physically string than the women .

i think for one thing women raping men dont happen as much as it does to women, and plus i am so sure that 99% of men who's been raped by a female dont want to say anything or press charges because it will make them look like wimps.
i mean i sure wouldnt say anything if a female rapes me. men would pick on me so bad or any men at that point

I do not find that possible because if women do not need to rape men because they just need to seduce men from doing it. Women is not that powerful to really over power the women to deal with it on her behalf. That is why there is only very few cases that this happened.

Here's one that got away: http://herestrouble.com/archive/female-stripper-acquitted-for-rape/ The article points out that it was a jury trial so it is the attitude of the citizens.
On the other side of the story Florida has (or at least had during the late 80s and early 90s) a habit of acquitting male defendants because of the women's attire. I remember one case after I moved there around '91 or '92, but here is an acquittal from 1989: http://www.encyclopedia.com/doc/1P2-8141371.html Another excuse I heard is that the woman (or both) were drunk.
There is little doubt in my mind that most of the victims are women, but I don't want to even guess about child victims.
Here are a couple links about the state of rape policy in US colleges:

So, the solution? Education, public debate, getting such animals off the street, preferably with help, but you know how great the United States is in rehabilitating criminals.

Not in most cases ,In all cases only men will rape women.Because women will never get this option to force anyone .They don't have such mentality ,it is just by nature .In some cases women may force men but it will not come under rape, because they cannot dominate men physically.
And the important reason why men are punished is if women rape a men he will not have anything to loose ,But in case of women they may became pregnant that is the reason why men are punished.

Between the two gender ... men are considered to be the one physically stronger than the other gender. I might've stumbled into a report once about a woman raping a man. (But of course!) I think the reason why most media or press releases about this area mostly a woman is because it with be awfully embarrassing for a man to go to the police and file a complaint about it. The policemen would all be laughing at him. And they would say, "Then why didn't you just enjoy the ride?" =p

At least one woman has been convicted of raping a man in UK, most assaults by women on men go unreported.
