When having karaoke party, do you sing or just listen and cheer?

I prefer to listen and cheer.. not really a good singer. I don't think so.. but once in awhile, it's great to sing and make merry, if you get what I mean. I think it depends on the crowd too. If everyone is sporting, then it might be cool to have some bit of fun.

Well, let me see. Singing, no. If you want the lace to fall apart. let me give that a go. So, i would rather listen and cheer my friends. That is a safer bet. TATA.

Hello dragonangel. I prefer to sing at an karaoke party as well as to listen to my friends singing. It is a lot of fun at such a place if you like it. Each time I go there, I am happy to stay as long as possible to sing some songs I can.

When I have or attend a karaoke party, I like to hear other people sing, but I enjoy performing even more. I love to sing, so the thrill of performing on stage in front of people consumes me. I love to hear the different types of music as well, from rock and roll to R&B. It just makes me so happy.

we all love music! :D but when it comes to the kareoke, i usually only listen to my friends sing at first but after a few drinks and everyone is getting drunk, that will be I'll start singing.. ;-p

Ahh karoke partys I singing sometimes, if my friends signing I sing with them. Ussaly my girlfriend are signing with her friends and I just listen. Karoke is for fun and if somone has hard day, than he can signing. And he smile all night than it end! :)

I am definitely the listener. I will not sing at all - I am HORRIBLE! But I do have a good time with my friends, listening and cheering.

It's the party time. So i prefer to be a singer, it's the best time for me, as i'm used to sing when listening a music. But while my throat fell husky, i want to sing together with my friends. We often sing together with my friends, nobody to be a listener in that room. Cheers.

well we uased to have this party in our college and we dont just simply sit and hear and we will surely sing . it would be a great time . apart from singing most of them will dance . i will for sure will sing in a karoke party . i love singing . of course you can listen to the song when you are hearing it . i used to do singing .

hi! I just listen to the "singers" and cheer, because I can't sing very well and I also shy to speak or even sing in front of many people :) actually till now i have been to karaoke party only twice, but it was fun with all the drunk people who tried to sing a song

i think i am opposite to you whenever i go with my friend to Karaoke club to celebrate party or just enjoy i always sing , sometimes when my friend do not want to sing any more so i sing alone i think when i sing it makes me finish stress and relax myself after a day tired of working

I prefer being the singer! I love to sing... I enjoy it so much even though I'm not that good I still want to sing. More song to sing more reason to enjoy. I really enjoy it when I'm singing with my friends.

Friend, I like to watch a show, and i love singing. Because, my friend talk to me, i have a goog singing voice. In my company, we often organize examination. and i'm a main singing, besides, i can dance and choreograph for everybody. Ah, I love this field.Dear

I do listen and cheer sometimes, but my friends always handed me the microphone because they know I can carry a tune. I am not a good singer but I can sing and I do mostly knows some of the new songs and even the old ones. I love to sing and when the song is really my favorite I can sing it with all my heart. Sometimes I give the chance to my friends. When they are singing they have the microphone although I sing a long as a background. When I do not know the song I just listen and if they are out of tune I am the first one to laugh at them. I cheer with them also, I like to make them feel I appreciate their effort.

oh.. am yet to sing in a party.. why take all the fun out of it myself..? let someone else do it.. but i have sung a karaoke on stage for a festival... it was not bad enough considering there wasn't much to sing. just hum along with the chorus..

hello dragonangel, well well, even if i want to sing, i just can't! haha no voice will be coming out my mouth and even if there is, it ill not good to the ears! haha so i just don't want to put myself into embarrassment so its better for me to be the listener & the cheerer! when there's this occasion, usually its my husband who always sing and saves me. and me? my role is to cheer for him & choose/search a song for him to sing! that way i am still enjoying & having fun!

Hi there dragonangel, everytime i am invited into a karaoke party, I do really make time to show my singing ability. Though not a good singer but one thing I can assure you that the listeners are enjoying and having fun. It's nice also to be just a listener, I enjoy it as well especially if the songs sung are my favorites.

i used to sing at karaoke parties. but i do not sing during those anymore. i dont really know any karaoke songs very well.

Sing of course! I came from a family of singers so that is why I sing and sing even if I'm really not a good singer... I also like dancing and most of my cousins are as well... So we do sing and dance combo and its time to just have fun so why not have fun right?
