Hi all, did you encountered the same thing as me? I have been hit with suspended accounts (which was subsequently un-suspended) and then I got hit with account banned. I am upset absolutely at this point. I have just started PTC like this month only? and till now, I am feeling only more pessimistic about how things are going and thinking that sooner or later, all my other accounts might just ended up in the same situation.
If you thought that I am using a bot, no, I didn't.
Did I tried to create a multiple account to earn? I wish I did (at least if I get suspended, it's valid) But the truth is, I didn't. I don't have a static IP, so I guess when someone who happens to use my previous IP address to go into the site to earn, I ended up with this explanation of trying to login to the site using two or more accounts.
As for the account being banned, I am right now waiting for further news.
So please step forward if you know of just any possibility that could resolved this situation or if you are in the same plight like me, please share with me what happened? Any solution to the situation? And what reason was given by the admins of the PTC sites?

I've had it happen only once. I didn't log-in to one of my accounts for over a month because I got so wrapped up in this place that I forgot all about it. But, I was able to resolve the issue carefully.
My suggestion to you, read their terms of use or guidelines carefully. Sometimes there ways of breaking rules because you don't read them carefully enough. Before I join any paid-to-earn site I read over the TOS, and any guidelines so I know where I am in fault, if I am. If it turns out not to be true, I can backup any disputes I have with proof. Banned or not you can still read a site's terms of use. My advice, study yours.

I think it has to do with your ip address because thats how the sites owner know that it is you. It can happen that two user can have same ip address. I have knwon this because i hah once used gprs and all the guys in my area are having the same ip in chat room also. So that may be the reason. How will you resolve? try to get decent internet connection, which does not share ip.
You may not belive but my account has been suspended once from neobux because i was not active
In neobux also log in from cyber cafe is not allowed!!!
