Can you reply discussions you`ve started yourself

I`ve been looking everywhere for an answer, but I can`t seem to find an answer anywhere. Are you able to reply to your own discussion, besides responding to somebodies reply. I have a discussion out there regarding racism, and I would like to add my own reply because I have a secondary question I would like to add, but I can`t seem to find how to reply. Thanks MyLotters. and I appologize for the lack of question marks...the question mark button on my keyboard is broken and MyLot isn`t allowing me to copy and paste a question mark because I don`t have a high enough rating to copy or paste.

For your own discussions, you can only comment. But for others discussions, you can answer and comment. That's the difference. Welcome to myLot and hope you'll enjoy your stay here.

chad525 no you cannot respond to your own discussion but when you get your first response and you comment back you can sortof sneak in the question in the comment so it will be smooth. people will see this and think about your second question. that will work. Or make it an additonal commentto your comment. you cannot respond to your own discussion but you can add material in a second comment.
