What is your favorite food to make?

Yes I like to cook bacon & fries for myself I think I can eat that kind of food forever.

My favorite food to make is crab cooked in coconut milk. Before, I used to squeeze the milk from the coconut with my bare hands. It was so hard! Time consuming as well. Now, I just pay the people who sells them to squeeze them out for me. Coconut milk is just the beginning. You have to kill (sorry crabby)and scrub clean the crabs with toothbrush so you can lick off any curdled and cooked coconut milk of the shell as you eat it. Once you finish cleaning the crabs, just heat coconut milk while stirring continuously until it boils, put in the crab, salt and minced garlic then simmer to perfection. Oooh la la! Perfect with hot rice and eat it with bare hands. Wait for it to cool a little before eating. Enjoy!
