i reached my payout two days back but in my earnings page it is still showing the following message . some one clarify me . .
[i][/i]You have not yet earned enough to qualify for a payment. Once you have accumulated earnings of $0.00 or more, you then will qualify for an earnings payment. Keep participating, and you'll reach the minimum amount before you know it! . . is this normal . .

No I don't think is normal. By the way "Keep participating, and you'll reach the minimum amount before you know it!" ? hehehe. I don't know about you but you have to work(type) your butt to earn $10.00! 
If I ever get that amount I would feel guilty on spending it. I have worked so hard to get it that I want to hold on to it.
