Would you rather be really hungry or really full?

Lately I've been eating a lot less food because I'll skip breakfast and work through my lunch hour. When I get home I'll eat one meal and that will be the only thing I've had all day. I used to eat reasonably throughout the day and then have a pretty big dinner which would make my husband and I miserable because we would be so full. I think I prefer to be really hungry rather than so full that I'm miserable. What about you?

I'd rather be really full because being really hungry is an awful experience. Also being really full feels bad but it doesn't compare to the pain of being really hungry. I'd rather find a balance of food that is more comfortable.

I know what you mean! If there's something I really like I'll eat and eat because I love it! It's just that certain foods I never get a chance to eat very often and I want to eat as much as I can while it's there. I'll eat until I can barely move!

To be really hungry or really full is no good to our stomach. A better way is to be neither really hungry nor really full. This way the stomach is well kept to be in a good and healthy state. Take care.

i guess everyone want to be full than be hungry coz if we are hungry we cant think clearly coz we only think of food though sometimes being full makes me feel so sleepy i dont know if other people also feel the same. and i dont know why, maybe my brain become so tired to loosen those foods inside my stomach thats why.

I rather be full than hungry. But I prefer to eat small portions throughout the day so I am not over eating or under eating plus it is healthier.
