Eating habits......How is yours one???

Hi Mylotters!! Do you prefer eating with leaving no place in your stomach??? Or you prefer eating heavy meals,but leaving some place in your stomach,so that you can work after that??How many times do you prefer eating??Do you consider your eating habits keeping health in mind?? There is no such meal timing for me. I cannot eat foods so that I cannot move or work after having meals.I also don't eat immediately after practicing yoga.This is my eating habits. So,I am just curious.. How is your eating habits??

yes my friend i prefer eating morning break fest, evening dinner and i have place in my stomachs and when we have i have time so i will take fast food. because i like burger,bred butter, dahi jalebi etc. what you think about mine habit of eating.

My eating habits suck ! I love to eat. I was diagnosed with Ibs and couldn't eat for a long time and lost a lot of weight til the drs. put me on a med to help me. Now, I've gained too much weight and am trying desperately to take it off. but I'm getting there !

This sounds terrible.You must practice Yoga to lose a bit of it very quickly. Try to avoid junk foods.Thanks for posting.

I eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, no snacking. I also stay away from carbs at dinnertime, and although I also eat carbs during breakfast and lunch, I only eat a little. I'm usually out of the house except on Sundays, so I am not inclined to snack. When I'm at home though, and when I get bored, like yesterday when the electricity was down, I snacked out of boredom LOL! Also when I eat, I don't really eat food until my stomach is full. My normal intake would be for example: fruit, 2 heaped spoonfuls of red rice, 3 slices of meat, and then 1-2 tablespoons of vegetables. And then I finish with either a glass of juice and then water or two glasses of water, and they are all not cold. I also workout at the gym and I do this 2-3 hours after eating, and I don't eat immediately after as well. I wait an hour or so before eating.

I eat when I'm hungry only. I don't eat till I'm bursting either. Its just not a healthy thing to do. I will eat breakfast, sometimes a lunch or just a snack, then I will eat a healthy dinner and then about two or 3 hours before going to bed I will have another snack. The snack will either just be a cup of tea with two cookies or a piece of cake. Once or twice I will have a bowl of ice cream just two scoops. I'm the type of person thats eats to survive I don't live to eat.

I prefer eating with room left in my stomach so I don't feel so weighed down and sluggish. I try my best to eat healthy but i'm not a health nut. I eat only when I'm hungry but I always make sure I eat breakfast.

Well just wanna share but in relation to this topic I read some powerful books about proper eating habits pleasing in God's eyes and those rules are what I follow when eating. Though I have the tendency to neglect those sometimes even though they are only on rare occasions still I follow them because they're proven effective and have maintained my desired weight for a year now.. basically it says to eat only on your satisfaction and avoid negative thoughts while eating. There are so many rules about it but those two are what I follow most. God says whether we eat drink or whatever we do, do it all for the glory of God :))

My eating habits have changed drastically since I have got Diabetes. I used to eat a lot whenever i wanted to.. i wouldn't stop unless my stomach's full.. i would eat lots of fast foods and junk foods (Mcdonald's Kentucky Fried Chicken, Chowking, lays, cheetos, pringles, chocolates, cakes, shakes, etc)... it was indeed a bad eating habit... When i was diagnosed with diabetes february of last year, i was given a handout of the foods that are allowed and aren't allowed to eat.. i can eat fruits but in moderation... i can eat veggies but in moderation as well.. everything's in moderation..

I do have a certain time that we have dinner here. It is mainly because of the children though. If it were just me, I would eat when I was hungry. I eat very lightly for breakfast and lunch. I don't usually stuff myself unless it is a holiday and there is just to much food to get a little of everything..lol.

Well I eat well all day till im full. Thou recently Ive decided to stay of the pasta before going to bed. I do take minor interest in my calorie intake

i want to be full of course so i will not going to eat from time to time only because i feel hungry. but since i only buy food outside and they measured the food so i just need to eat what i have because if i order for two im sure i will not going to finish the whole food alone. i just drink a lot of ice tea or water.

I have a normal eating habit, coffee for breakfast, sometimes snacks one hour before lunchtime, I eat lunch at 12:00 noon, snacks around 5-6 pm, and dinner at 8:00 pm, In our country we eat rice in every meal

Well I eat many times a day. I usually eat light meals, and I calm down my hunger by eating very few hours.I like junk food, but I know that isn`t healthy so I don`t eat it. I don`t like to eat until my stomach is full, because that sensation isn`t the best. I prefer eating regurally, because the stomach is better to be fed in small quantities. That`s my opinion.

Usually I won't eat completely full because it feels uncomfortable to get so full in the stomach. Besides, it is not good for the health. I will try to finish the food so that it won't be wasted. I don't like wasting the food. This is my habit. I love China

I have a very bad eating habit because I gained so much weight I don't have my usual figure already. I want to have it back but its just hard for me to loss weight again now I am too conscious with my food intake which took a very hard process to regain my usual figure again its like battling with own self that I need to discipline it.

I have a real problem with sweets. I crave chocolate all day long. Even if I eat until I'm full, I'm dreaming of chocolate - which is why I've been battling my weight my entire life and why I'm one of the few vegetarians that I know with a weight problem. I really wish that I could be as disciplined as you and many of the others who responded.

Well,I don't think I have a health eating habit.I eat 3 times in a day.and like to leave some place in my stomach,because I need to do some other things after eating.If I took a heavy meal when I do other things I am felt uncomfortable.but sometimes ,If I meet some food I like best I will eat much and no place for my stomach.so I think my eating habit is not health.

I prefer eat with my need,no more,because if I eat too much food in my stomach i think it's not comfortable and I easily want to sleep.with match portion of food can make me work maximum.have a nice day

I will only eat more when it comes to my favourite foods, but when my mom prepare the meals that I don't like, I will just only eat a portion of it. Yeah I know my eating habit sucks. But I'm glad that I have a thoughtful mom. If on that day I eat till I burst, I won't sit immediately, I would just go walk around the house for about 30 minutes.
