Best exercise for me

Hi! I just resigned from work so that I could get back in shape (is that a valid reason?).Now I can use 8 hours a days for exercise but I know that's too much. So my question is, can you give me a form of exercise that can fit into my lifestyle? I know there are many forms but I'd like to see my options. I am just staying at the house. Oh, by the way, it's already March! I only have one month to loose these stubborn fats. I need exercise that can give me fast result. Thanks!

It’s a good idea to have an idea of the calories that most food items have. If it is a packed thing then the label is sure to have the calories that the substance has.

A couple of things to keep in mind. Firstly, you need to take in less calories ina day and at the same time you need to burn some off! Stop drinking sodas, fruit juices, and drink mostly water! Have a healthy breakfast with as much fiber as possible, such as steel rolled oatmeal, not the instant , which is full of sugar. Speaking of sugar, stop[ as many sweets as possile if not all because they will do nothing but make you hungry in a short time. Try to eat as many fruits and vegetables as possible and stay away from processed foods such as the ones that go in the microwave. To lose the weight you want to you will need to exercise at least 30 -45 minutes per day. Also, you must sweat when working out or you are not working out. I hope this helps!
