Yes I think so, especially when I sip a hot chicken soup. For what explanation do I have to say, I don't know.

i thought all food produces heat in the body. when i feel cold, i fix myself a drink or a quick meal and i feel warm and comfortable. to me, the heaty food are beef and mutton.

chicken is a good source of protein but it is known to produce heat in the body. maybe that is why it is not preferable to eat a lot of chicken during summer.
