help!!!how to make ice cream?

My mother-in-law knows how to make ice creams and she taught me how. All you need to have is cream, sweetened milk, and evaporated milk. You need to chill the cream first and double the volume of it by using a mixer. You can then add the sweetened milk slowly, I think the sweetness depends of your preference. After this then you can add the evaporated milk which is also chilled. It should be placed in the freezer. After you mix them all then you add the flavor you like.
