Sometimes it is so hard to get fired up to do what we know we really want to do. We get tired, life makes us weary, and we feel frustrated. So, it’s time to trick yourself. You must tell yourself thoughts that you may not even believe. You should put pictures into your mind to trick your brain and change your attitude. It can be really hard to stay on your chosen path sometimes. You learn or work hard and you feel as if you are making no progress. You reach a plateau in your weight loss struggles, you feel stuck, or the novelty of the new exercise program has worn off.

Whenever I am feeling low I find it hard to tell myself that things will go fine. I think one should be able to trick his brain so that he/she can get out of trouble very quickly. But it is easier said done buddy, when you are depressed all the things look dim and at that if one has courage to move on then he will surely be successful in his/her life.

I believe without a shadow of a doubt, that we humans have extraordinary mental capabilities. We most definately, in order to gain sucess, should always give ourselves positive affirmations. A consistant conditioning of our brains. By doing so, our brain will respond conditioned . Thus: (A Conditioned Responce)

hi kevin11 yes you can trick your brain by picturing yourself already succeeding at whateverit is you wish to do. I went through junior colleg in my thirties by doing just that,I pictured myself acing a test, i studied and as I had a photogenic mind I could see the pages of notes
'so the answers came easily to me. I had a 4 point grade average all
through the two years of junior college, I went back in my fifties to get the other two years and my degree and this time much harder but still I graduated with a b average and at 56 that was good enough for me, I had pictured myself doing all the necessary things and I made it the second time.
