I was talking to my friend and she told me how she was annoyed that she had to cook her husbands chicken in oil. I was a bit confused because I always cook my chicken in oil if not on a grill. So I need some advice if you don't cook your chicken breast in some oil, than what do you put in the pan?

If you bake the chicken you don't need the oil. When baking I just poke the chicken, add seasoning to it and bake. If you are frying I use Olive Oil which is alot better for you. When I make my chicken strips I fry it in a little water with Worchestershire sauce only. Its delicious!
