What do you do when "pests" invade your house? I am constantly faced with several species of ants, roaches, rats, snakes... you name it, we've got it here in the East Indies. So what do you do? Shoo them out? Poison? Set traps? Let them stay?

Pests are a universal menace. I have a powder that gets rid of coaches and ants. We poison rats and shew/drive away the snakes. Our pet Preiti alerts us when she sees any reptiles and my gardener shewsdrives them away. We dont kill snakes.

Allknowing, We try not to kill the snakes either. The Javanese say that if you put salt in front of your door they wont come in... but they also say that if if you throw salt on a snake it turns into ashes, so I'm not to sure I believe it. :-)
