Hello, everyone. We, Filipinos love to eat. That is probably why we have numerous kind of cooking and I would like to say that the Filipino cuisine is getting known the world over according to the chef I know. My favorite Filipino dish is the karekare with bagoong. My brother loves sinigang. My father loves the grilled milkfish which is stuffed with tomatoes and onions. How about you, guys?

I love kare kare too and also Sinigang. I believe all the Filipino dishes I've tried I have liked so far and I must introduce some local cuisine which locals here consider proudly as their traditional food (well, I'm sure they've got all the reason to be proud of it, just try it and you'll know why), the one that's called satti, pastil, and tiulah itum, and piyanggang.Just thinking of it right now makes me salivate.

Never heard of those food but I surely would like to try them.I would like to know from what region they came from. Each region of the country has their specialties. In Paombong, Bulacan we are proud of our "paksiw na manok sa tuba." Thanks for this reply.

my favorite Filipino dish are adobong pusit (squid cooked in soy sauce)and sinigang na hipon (shrimps with vegetables and sour broth).I love a lot of seafoods.I have to stay away for now because I have an allergy attack.I am getting itchy all over and the doctor advised me not to eat seafood until the allergy subsides.
