I have nero 9 trial in my computer. But yesterday i prefer using the old version . And while i want to uninstall it, i can't find the uninstall setup in my local disk. Then i'm trying to uninstall with ccleaner, but it doesn't work. Any idea about it? Thanks for your explanations

If that doesn't work try emailing NERO and asking them, Or search the Removal / Un-install wizard

For people having trouble with windows uninstaller should try the programme "Total unistall" which helps in wide range of problems connected with uninstall procedure of differenet programmes. You can download it from here: http://www.martau.com/

Hi icecubic!
Your questions something that a lot of people face but ignore.
Usually it happens when you don't uninstall properly or just exit before it gets completed.
I think you can solve this by installing a software called REVO UNINSTALLER.
It removes a program and all its registry entries and makes sure there is nothing left!
I use it all the time.Check it out and let me know if this solves it.

When you want to remove a program. You have something called add/remove programs. The actual names varies from operating system and unit, but it basically is a list of all of your programs. It creats an uninstall sheild that is designed spifically for the removel of the program.

A lot of people seem to have problems with Nero 9 whether it is trying to install it or uninstall, most give the same advice as above but here is another link
http://www.themisteriosos.com/completely-uninstall-nero-9-with-nero-general-clean-tool.htm
you can also try installing Nero 9 again and see if it isn't a problem with a corrupted file.

You can actually go in and set your computer back to the day before you installed Nero..... Be cautious if you have installed anything else since then you will also have to reinstall those programs also but it is better than having something on that you do not feel is a help but a hinder.

Dear icecubic,
Maybe, the Program's component from your Nero 9 trial has broken. How about delete manually, or, if you still have that Program, Install it again. Thanks.
