I want to start a blog...

but I don't know the first thing about blogs. I don't know where to even begin. Shoot, I don't even know what I would even talk about. Can anybody show me the light at the end of this tunnel? I'm looking for some help into maybe making a successful blog to bring in some extra money.

It is easy to set up a blog to start with. I blog through blogspot. However, there are a lot of other blogging platforms that you can use. Then you have to come up with what the subject of your blog is going to be. My poor abandoned blog is about digital scrapbooking because it is something that I'm passionate about. However, you really can blog about just about anything that you would like to blog about. Heck, if you want to you could even use your little space in the blog world to be just like a diary.
