2010 Census

Well, it's almost time for the 2010 to begin. I signed up for it and took the test to make some extra cash! The test really wasn't all that hard even though the time given to take it seemed a little short. I think I'll be starting to do it in April, so don't shoot at me as a trespasser if I come to your house! Kind of a funny job to me, counting people. Oh well, I could use some extra money! Is anybody else signing up for the census? They say you can set your own schedule (after you train that is). I remember my Dad also did the census thing about 20 years ago. Guess it runs in the family!

No, i actually never did a census. 
But watch out for the dogs. They can be feisty sometimes. Just Kidding. Enjoy it.

Yeah, I forgot about the dogs! I have a little Feist breed dog though, so maybe I'll be okay. I think I got kind of lucky and will be working mostly in an office instead of beating the street every single day. But I wouldn't mind a little outdoor work either. It's still weird that I'm going to working for the govt.

I'm glad you got the job. I don't think I'd feel comfortable doing that kind of work myself...I hate bothering people even if it is for an important cause. On the other hand, I suppose people who don't want to be bothered will be the most apt to send their forms in by mail as I will be doing. I hope you don't meet anyone too rude or walk into anything dangerous!
