I have had a flu for one week

I have had this flu for one week, it started 3 days with sore throat and malaise, and then I start getting runny nose and coughing a lot, but now all those symptoms went away but i still feel weak, I hate this, i hate to have this cold, the only one thing that I am thankful for is that I didn't have fever. How about you? Have you ever have a cold? How long has it last for you? I really hate it, I can't even work properly.
