There are some rumors going around that the actors playing Adam and Sharon are continuing the love scenes in the dressing room. Also, there is a rumor that the actresses playing Phyllis and Mac are a couple.

I would believe that Adam and Sharon may have something going on behind the scenes. As for Phyllis and Mac I honestly do not believe this at all. I cannot see Phyllis being a lesbian. I am sure that is a rumor.

I do not believe either of these rumor because as they are rumors. I really do not care if they happen to be true because that is between the couples and has nothing to do with the show.

I think the Adam and Sharon rumor is more likely since they spend so much time together on screen. Phyllis and Mac, though, barely ever share a scene...I wouldn't think a soap would be really conducive to starting a relationship behind the scenes because the pace of shooting is so frenetic. Probably they're both false. Sharon is already married and Michelle Stafford is busy with her new baby (oddly enough, it was born via a surrogate mom...just like what Mac is doing on the show).

There are many relationships formed on soaps where the actors don't share scenes. I fact I would think it would be more likely when they don't since they are working during the filming of the scene and in front of everyone. Amelia Heinle started a long term relationship with an actor on AMC when she was on that soap with whom she has only one very small insignificant scene. She even followed him to CA when she left AMC. This is just one example of many.

idk about Adam and Sharon, but as for Phyllis and Mac? Well my husband ran the CBS commissary until January 2005, and he sure didn't get the impression she was into women (Michelle Stafford)...
