VB.NET really nose bleeding!

As a web designer I don't have what it takes to be a VB. NET programmer... its really nose bleeding portion when you don't even know the syntacs. Then you are finding a way to do it in very short time.
Wow its really hard... Hope that somebody help me bout this one.
I'm designing the screen shots of the system and WWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAhhhhh... I don't know what to do

Right now Im creating a user interface for the Chevron new system. I know all the process on it. The problem is I cant start creating in the since that I don't know VB.NET! I have few knowledge about it but.... Its really nose bleeding when you have to design a user interface of the system.
What I need right now is a Designing a user Interface. . . . Can you help me please.
