PayPal in India - Withdrawal to Bank Account

I Am from India and a member of Paid to Click programs and GPT program.. Is it necessary to get Exporter's Code for personal withdrawal from Paypal to Indian Bank Account..

To get exporters code what proof do you have to proof that you are an exporter of goods and services. if you get some fake proofs, your account will be closed. dont do anything stupid at this juncture. paypal is in discussion with RBI and RBI is in no mood to let people bring money without paypal being responsible and accountable for the source of money.
From where do you get exporters code? Do you have a business that is registered with authorities concerned and the necessary license?

the codes that we can use should be the ones under Content and Journalisms. But that does not cover the other online earnings. if they had mentioned blogging and other online money making then it would have been easier to classify or atleast take some cover under it.
only problems are going to increase with this kind of rigid classification.
