I eat both meat and veggies but I usually eat more meat. When I do that, sometimes I fell heavy and weak so I will switch from eating more veggies than meat. But I am trying to balance the meat and veggies so that I can have a healthy body

Balanced diet is important. Its a good thing too that you try to eat less meat. Vegetables are very good because it has a very great help in the digestion process. Fruits are also important. Fruits and vegetables are the most important food to eat to get the proper nutrition that we need to have. I always hear people get sick because they eat too much meat but never heard of people getting sick because of vegetables. My grandparents are over 85 years old already and they are still alive and kicking and they told us that the secret for their long lives, is eating vegetables.

We are on the same band wagon. I like to eat more vegetables rather than meat. I used to eat twice on meat once week with more on veggies on the table. I do fasting during Sunday to detox my body from chemical toxins produce by meat and veggies. And I made exercise early morning to energize my body and to strengthen my condition and helping to focus/sharpening my mind.
