Seriously now? What do you do when you feel like you are on a constant roller coaster? It's like.. one day you are fine and the next you are so bummed out that you can barely take it... One day you think you finally have come to terms with what life has thrown at you and suddenly your heart is about to explode wishing you could just turn back the hands of time and change things.. but knowing that the wish is without use since it isn't ever going to happen... Some things.. it seems that no matter how much time has passed that they only get slightly less hard, but always tend to come crashing back like a tidal wave... Ever have those type of emotions? What do you do with them? How do you deal? What kind of situation if you can say makes you feel something similar to what i just described?

I feel like I"m a yo yo sometimes or that I'm dealing with Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. And how do I deal with it? Right now I"m getting an ulcer. :-(

The most essential part to learn from life is to stay calm in all circumstances. There is no such life that has not faced ups and downs on its way.Not all the desires of a person out of his life is fulfilled.Without these a person will not be able to judge how it costs to fulfill a desire. The learning is very important.

That is true.. no one has a perfect life, but when a person is so involved in the wreckage of their own they don't tend to think of others.. it's a lesson im learning in a hard cruel way..

Recovering from some of the things that life seems to enjoy dumping on you can seem almost impossible to do. But you can, if you step outside of that box and take it one day at a time. And always compliment and pat yourself on the back whenever you make any progress. Start doing different things, did you ever have any dreams or wishes that you put on the back burner...like taking an art class, or learning another language, well do them...get out and mix with folks that may want some of the same things. Take walks in the sunshine and after a rain...force yourself...it can be really invigorating. Doing something different from what has become somewhat routine in your life...helps...8o)

I find that now i try to take every day as it comes.I think that if today is a bad day tomorrow can only get better.I have up and down times through out the day as some days it is hard to try to keep up with everything aswell as everyone in the house aswell as my son who is having problems controlling his adhd, which also causes stress in our house as we have other children to consider aswell.I try to pass the time by doing the things i have todo aswell as going the things that i want todo.

Easier said than done... sometimes a person just doesn't feel like doing anything because nothing brings peace as before ((sigh)) but yes what you say does make sense.. challenge is trying to put it into action..! I taught a few ADHD students... a person needs a lot of patience with them because they love moving around and just hate sitting in one place long... but some of my fav students were ADHD students..
