Have you got any good methods to lose weight?

Hi my friends, have you ever been a very fat person before? If you were, how would you do to help you lose weight? As far as I am concerned, after the new year, I have gained a lot weight. So now, I just want to lose some weight,which can keep me a more healthy body. If you have some efficient ways to lose weight, could you share them with me? Thank you so much for your sharing

I need a good one again. The best for me would be to lay off the chocolate. But, when I needed to lose a couple years ago, I started walking. Started at 20 minutes or so and built it up to over an hour. It got to the point that the over an hour was as easy as the 20 minutes were. I really did good with the walking.

may try to walking,push up,site up..it's very healthy... don't forget about eating vegetables..

Try yoga. Yoga is one of the best ways of losing weight. Of course I can’t go into a full lecture about yoga over here but I can tell you that I have never seen people with better-toned bodies than those who practice yoga. One of the benefits of yoga is that you learn to control virtually every muscle and joint of your body so that the issue of weight gain will cease to exist.

hi it is the really problem i want to ask,for i am wanting to lost weight now.but it is hard to lost weight for myself.everyday i should get up at half past five then i almost run about one hour,and i will hold and do my best.hope it can work well.

for the first 3 day only drink warm water and brokoli for dinner, the less activity is better for the 4-7 day warm water plus 3 slice biscuit ( whole wheat non sugar is better ) for every meal time and plus brokoli for dinner I lost 6 kg for a week its suffering but effective. For second week and ....forever eat low carb meal and high protein meal, fish is better when you had cholesterol problem and tons of vegetable. and walk around with your pet.

hai, i'm 22 years old, after my work i began lazy to sport,and also my eating disordered..the result my weight increased and show fat..i shy when my friend always say about my body. so i have to change my life, i always spare my time to swim twice a week..i also run around my home park before morning bath. and two months after that, my weigh decrease and show little slim..i'm happy my friend not joke about my body again.. don't forget to manage our eating..and eat vegetables..

i was a size 6-8(uk size),but since i got ill with fibromyalgia and m.e i've gained just over 2 stone,i'm struggling to lose it,i've been on 2 types of obesity tablets,which only worked a bit and when i came off them the weight came back,but i've managed to lose a stone somehow in the last 8 months,but i've found the best way to lose weight is; don't eat pasta don't eat more than 2 slices of bread a day ALWAYS eat breakfast and do aerobic exercise at least 3 times a week hope this helps a bit,i know exactlty what you're going through,it's awful xx

hi,friend,In my view,don't adopt any recommendations by so called physicians,as they become commercial.. This may take time but make it habit for longer results-- 1]Morning walk for half an hour. 2]Heavy breakfast. 3]Medium qauntity lunch. 4]Very less quantity of dinner. Along with green vegetables,honey with lemon juice in light hot water in the marning,2-3 raw garlic petals etc will reduce your weight drastically.All the best and have a nice time.

For me losing weight is really harder than gaining weight.And many has done all means in order to deal with overweight but some really didn't succeed. So i will only speak for myself. I survive on oatmeal.I don't eat pork and beef.I eat small portions only, but i eat whenever i feel hungry.I don't eat too much sweet foods like pastries, cakes or ice cream. Now dont think that I'm leading a very boring life, haha.Because once in a while or once a week ,i indulge! I go out and give myself a fastfood meal treat.This is the time where i don't worry how much calorie intake i'm getting already. Exercise is an important support too but unfortunately i don't have much time for jogging or brish walking. However, i clean the house everyday, i do a lot of manual water pumping(i don't always rely on jet water electrical pumps).So i guess that offsets. Hope i was able to give you some useful tips.

Yes i did , her weight was like 250 lbs , and she lost 100 lbs for now and i helped to lose weight , how? eating less, healthy food , salads, fruit, and going to gym everyday . She does cardio every day like 30-40 minutes or more.

Maybe you should research some good examples of workouts online to weight loss. Maybe you could rent a workout DVD, too.

Do the exercise regularly and take morning food compulsorily take half cup carrot and lemon juice once in a week dont eat fatty vegetables like bringal,pappaya and tomatto take some hot water bofore you going to bed it will help to reduce the weight.if possible you can go to gym
