Hello, all, Does your family people smoke? Yes, I do. My mom, my dad,my brother, they three smoke. Especial, my parents smoke a lot every day! Mom must get up to smoke every deep night. And I live in frog until 17 when I went college. I am going to ask her to smoke E-cig. I hope she can quit smoking by E-cig. Because I hope she can keep healthy and live long. :-)

Hi, it's not good for elders smoke. One of my friend told that she has tried E-cig for her mother-in-law, and father-in-law. I have tried it, too. I buy high degree taste for my parents, first. Seems not that bad, they feel good now. I think, you can have a try, too. Look at my head, you willfind how to get it. Very good way!

Hi, glad to hear that your dad has quited smoking. I am going to ask my mom and dad quit smoking. Becasue one of my USA friend told me her mother in law and father in law is quiting smoking by E-cigs now. So I am going to give my parents some advices. I think you can ask your husband to smoke less gradually, then he will quit. I think it is not good for woman's skin if they live in frog ever day! Very exergate! :-)

My father was a smoker but with age he joined as a member of a spiritual community and work for people in need. With his mental strength,it's possible for him to quit smoking. The first and foremost thing to quit smoking is to leave the group of smokers and join a group that hates smokers.Dad has done that because he wanted humiliation to be the stepping stone to quiting smoking.
