Hi everyone, there are so many talks around that Sir Alex Ferguson would be retiring soon. as for me he is the best manager that i have ever seen. I certainly love him and his tactics that he employ on the field simply a awesome manager? But who do you think would be the best replacement for him should he retire?

The short answer is No one. I mean look at what that man has achieved. Any one would be apprehensive of fitting into his shoes. One man who can step up is Jose Mourinho and he has also expressed interest in the job at various times. Others whom I can think of is Fabio Capello, but I guess whoever succeeds him is going to have his job cut out. Cheers! Ram

i dont think their can be a replacement for a legend like him .they can only put someone in the post of the manager and they cant replace him . he is such a legend . i am a big fan of manchester united and i know much about the names of the mangers and i think that ferguuson will be working as the manager of the club for atleast 2 more seasons . . . . . .
