what is the most important thing about being a muscian? / myLot

hi everyone. We all love music, but what is one thing that we feel is very important being a muscian? as for me i feel that one should be able to "feel" and play a song and not just "fill" the song. often many of us just want to add so many things into a song by filling it. But sometimes feeling the song and playing a just being simple brings out the essence of the music. So according to you what do you thing is the most important thing about being a muscian?

Not caring what people think is the best trait of musicians. It is almost necessary fr anything that is thought to be too extreme for any type of genre, because they could possibly be making a new music form.

For me, the most important thing about music is passion. I was watching American Idol these past few days and they are musicians and artists in the making. I always observed that the judges are always looking for that one person with the passion for music because one's passion for music will take him to heights. Once you have passion for music, you always try to do some things that will make you unique from all of the others. Your passion and being you will make you who you are.

hi! i think the most important thing being a musician is the voice, because nowadays there are many "musicians", but not all of them sing good like real musicians. the present singers insist more on the look than on the voice characters!
