Work at home scam,How admin of scam sites able to survive?

Hi friends,As we all know innumerable amount of work at home scams are out in the market, when i was a newbie i was also impressed by $20-$30 a day but fortunely i never invested in that scam sites but was scamed by richptc that offers $1 per click and surprising factor they still survive.Their are many sites which demands $40 to $120 for registration fees and innocent people who are new to online earning pay to this scammers.But why admin of this sites don't suffer from legal issues by government, i read that some of sites frauders were put into jail but why not all, after all this negative publicity why admin of this site is successful to still scam people?The best answer can be publicity or advertisement by this scam sites, do you agree that just because of advertisement any scam site can earn lot's of money even if it is total scam?

Unfortunately these scammers take advantage of people who are desperate for a way to earn online. These scammers occasionally use aliases and sometimes shut sites down so quickly they are hard to keep up with.

Yes,Newbie don't realise about these scammers,it's good thing to see that nowadays we have forums so people share with each other their work at home experience.& you are right they shut down so quickly that it's hard to trace them but if someone make police complain then they might be traced but the thing is people even don't dare to atleast complain.

Why are you being duped by such sites ? Or any site ?
