when is the right time to take a vitamins

when is the right time to a vitamins? is it before you sleep or after you wake up!! thanks for any response

It depends on what kind of vitamin preparation are you taking. There are combinations of vitamins + minerals + amino acids + ginseng formulated to give you an energy boost, so they are ideally taken in the morning to give you a good start with your day-time work. There are also combinations like vitamins + buclizine or melatonin and other rejuvenating substances.. these are better taken in the evening before you sleep. These will rejuvenate your body, repair damaged cells while you are asleep, and keeps you healthy and young. So, it depends. :)

i imagine if you take them in the morning. i also wonder if you should take them on an empty stomach or with food? i have never seen anything posted on their bottles to tell you this but am curious?!

Good question.... no idea. They certainly don't tell you much other than the content of the vitamin.

I'm taking our vitamins right after breakfast. It will be digested in less than four hours in which at that time, is needed by our body the most. That will be the peak of our daily routines therefore we need all the energy given by these vitamins.

Definately in the morning. It helps to get you threw the day. It just works much better. Never take them before bedtime, it won't help. TATA.

when do you start your day , it's when you are more active , needs more vitamins, carbs , lipids , everything because your system is working 100% .

I don't think there is a right or wrong time to take a vitamin tablet. I usually take mine first thing in the morning with my breakfast tea and cereal. It has become a routine now so I do it wothout even thinking about it. The problem with leaving it until latr in the day is that you may forget, so take it in the morning then it's done with and you can get on with your day.
