when is the right time to a vitamins? is it before you sleep or after you wake up!! thanks for any response

It depends on what kind of vitamin preparation are you taking. There are combinations of vitamins + minerals + amino acids + ginseng formulated to give you an energy boost, so they are ideally taken in the morning to give you a good start with your day-time work. There are also combinations like vitamins + buclizine or melatonin and other rejuvenating substances.. these are better taken in the evening before you sleep. These will rejuvenate your body, repair damaged cells while you are asleep, and keeps you healthy and young. So, it depends. :)

Good question.... no idea. They certainly don't tell you much other than the content of the vitamin.

I don't think there is a right or wrong time to take a vitamin tablet. I usually take mine first thing in the morning with my breakfast tea and cereal. It has become a routine now so I do it wothout even thinking about it. The problem with leaving it until latr in the day is that you may forget, so take it in the morning then it's done with and you can get on with your day.
