Friends we all know a natural disaster is a very unfortunate calamity where ever it happens. It brings great distructions in terms of human life and property. It could bring down an entire country to it's feets. But the most unfortunate thing that happens on such incidence is that scammers springs up quickly posing as helpers, NGOs, fake aid agencies that syphon of honest contributions by many around the world for helping the affected. What should be done to curb such frauds and what precautions a person should take, before contributing valuable money for the needy, to prevent going it in wrong hands.

It would be more appropriate to contribute directly to the village administration officials, as they are the locally living people, and in many cases they or their family members will be the victims of natural disasters.

I think you are exactly right... I will add because for me it is like the whole 2012 thing.. I read a thing about how you can by the things to build a bunker for 10,000 dollars.. Which makes me think... there are people out there who are spending hard earned money on something that is more than likely not going to happen... and the people on the other end are benefitting from peoples fears.. true fears that take people in everyday.. to me if it is going to heppen they why would you need 10,000 because you are not going to be able to spend it... its pathetic and its cruel and I wish there was a stop to it..
