Recently someone found a rule about the 3 times heavy earthquakes in China, Hayti and Chile. The dates of the earthquakes happened were 2008/5/12, 2010/01/22 and 2010/02/27. The following is the illustration:
5 1 2 China
1 2 2 Hayti
2 2 7 Chile
China Hayti Chile
Surprisingly, the dates from the horizontal and vertical are same, which makes a lot of people think about the prophecy of Maya about 2012. Dou you think the dates are coincidence?

Please consider bible prophecies. In the book of St. Matthew 24, are signs before the end. Earthquakes and other signs of the times are warnings from God to men to be watchful and be ready because no one knows except the Holy Father when will be the end or the second coming of the Lord Jesus so be vigilant. ![](/Content/images/emotes/shocked.gif)

We should try my best to help others in our life. So when we are dying before the unsuspected disaster, our mind will be peaceful.

Well we don't know, but I am having that benefit of the doubt in the Mayan prediction. Many things our happening in our planet and there are changes occuring that we cannot stop. They said that the mayan prediction is not actually the end of the world but just a shift in the way we live.

I think there is NO significance at all. In fact, this is a prime example of 'selective evidence'. There have been MANY other earthquakes of magnitude 7.0 or greater in just those two years alone. Here is a list, with dates: http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/world/historical.php . You can try the experiment for yourself.
The human mind is particularly good at finding patterns, even when none really exist. There are people who spend their whole lives looking for patterns in lottery numbers; man has for thousands of years done a sort of dot-to-dot exercise with the stars at night to create images of celestial beings and, for many years, it was believed that there were canals on Mars - simply because the poor quality of telescopes at the time persuaded the eye to see lines where none really existed.

Woo, you know so many things about the supposition. When the day arrive, we can know wheter the prophecy is right or not. Anyhow, we will spend everyday happily.
