I don't know why I can't, I have just always been that way. I have tried but it doesn't work for too long.

Yes. I do. However, it is part of my profession. I am a trader in equities and derivatives (Futures and options). So thinking is part of my profession. If you are involved too much in such work, then you have to think a lot to earn. So, I don't worry about it.

i have a lots of thinking today..thinking what is my future life,,thinking of a persom i miss..thinking in my work how will i improve it..

yes i do. with or without problems. i like imagining different kind of things thats why i wanted to be alone most of the time because i dont wanna talk, i just wanna think till the day ends. it also helps me figure things sometimes through imaginary thinking and let it be real.
